Discovery of the Ladder of life invention by Valerie

Once there was a man called Edward, who had a friend,who was a spider.The spider`s name was Incy Wincy.edward was scared that his friend Incy Wincy might drown in the bath.So he created a ladder for Incy Wicy to climb back out safely.I think this invention is cool because Edward looked after his good friend the spider.

Maria's Gymnastics

Wow!!!! we went to gymnastics and were put into groups.My group was on the wall foot first. Next we did jumping hoops .I loved hopping,jumping and skipping in and out of the hoops. Soon we had to learn to land safely while doing the back roll .My favourite activities were the back roll and the wooden horse. Gillian taught us many things about gymnastics.

My Invention by Linston

Hi my name is Linston I would like to talk about a real cool invention by Wallace and Grommit. I got this idea from the Wallace and Grommit website. Wallace felt like eating cheese. He looked in the kitchen but he could not find any. Then he remembered that the moon was made of cheese, so Wallace made a rocket so he could fly to the moon, because he wanted to eat some cheese. On the way to the moon, Grommit made a house of cards because he was bored. Wallace had fun eating toast from the rocket toaster. They landed on the moon and left the rocket to look around and enjoy a picnic with lots of cheese. I wrote some cue cards so I can remember my speech about the moon rocket.

Idid some recycling with Mrs gardonis and put the bottles in the recycling bin. I enjoyed badminton. I loved the bit when I was learning to bat my shuttlecock.I had to count how many times Icould hit the shuttlecock. It was soooooooooooooo cool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I learnt about Holy week is holy time. I have written some prayers in my prayer book.When somebody is sick in my class I pray for them at prayer time.

I go to Rainbow Reading daily. I read alot of books there. The great book I read was Animal Tracking. What I liked about this book was that it has alot of imnpressive words and it is interesting because they are discovering whose footprints are those. The footprints are from the koalas and the wild dingoes. The author's name is daniel Pluck. We have to get a headphone and a cd player and a book to hold so you know what page you're in. After reading the book we do sequencing cards and then a cloze excercise. We have to go to Miochelle to read to her. I enjoy going to Rainbow reading everyday.
